Users can search doctors for online consultation by doctor name, city, specialties, symptoms, and view details: specialty, subspecialty, degree, address, for consultation charges, availability, ratings.

Book Video Consultation

Users can book the video consultation appointment at a convenient time slot based on symptoms or doctor specialty and the doctors’ availability.

Appointment History Access

Users can see the appointment history details and medicine order. They can also download medicine orders.

Book Home/Clinic Visit

In this feature, users can book a home visit by selecting a doctor from the given list. Users fill in the address, patient, date, time, and symptoms and book the appointment after selecting the payment mode.

View Upcoming Appointments

Users can see their upcoming doctor appointment details such as doctor’s name, date, time, total charges, payment status, and symptoms.

Notifications

Users receive notifications for upcoming appointments, rescheduled appointments, shared medicine orders, and follow-up appointments.
